PPR pipe Production process

The production process of PP-R pipe is an extrusion molding process. First, the PP-R raw material in the hopper enters the extruder by its own weight, is heated, extruded and mixed in the barrel of the extruder, is fully plasticized, and then extruded from the extruder die and enters the setting table. The finalized pipe is cut by the cutting machine after passing the length measurement by the tractor, and is put into storage after passing the inspection. The corresponding pipe fittings are produced by injection molding.

Pipe production process: PP-R raw material → vacuum suction feeding → hopper storage → feeding → extrusion molding → cooling and setting → traction → cutting → inspection → warehousing

Production process of pipe fittings: PP-R raw materials → conveying and feeding → hopper storage → feeding → heating and melting → extrusion and injection molding → cooling and setting → mold opening → inspection → warehousing

Pipe extrusion parameters: (1) screw speed: 5 ~ 38R / min (2) barrel temperature distribution: 180 ~ 190 ° C in zone 1 ~ 2; 200 ~ 210 ° C in zone 3 ~ 4; mold temperature: 200 ° C; traction speed: 2 ~ 20m / min; pipe injection parameters: (1) barrel temperature distribution: 160 ~ 170 ° C in the rear of barrel; 200 ~ 230 ° C in the middle of barrel; 180 ~ 200 ° C in the front of barrel; 2) nozzle: 170 ~ 190 ° C; 3) the defective products produced in the production of PP-R pipe with mold temperature of 40 ~ 80 ° C can be reused after crushing, which improves the utilization rate of raw materials, It can reduce the production cost and improve the economic benefit.
